Structure features of tire surface extrusion composite line

◎ the whole line is consisted of composite access, the bridge device, on access, shrink roller row that uphill transport, cooling tank, conveyor downhill, photoelectric storage, fixed-length cut-off rate roller, single-section, said separation device, take-off and landing platform, after the collection of components such as roller and the other parts.
◎ Between the parts of the whole production line, there are speed adjustment device which controls the synchronization of whole production line.
◎ Conveyor belt of water cooling trough use the grating belt which is made up of silent chain and glass bar with good effect of cooling.
◎ Water trough adopts screw helix ball to convey with low noise and reliable quality.
◎ Water trough is made of stainless steel which has long life.
◎ Fixed-length belt adopts spiral encoding to fix the length automatically. The precision of fixing length is high.
