一、Firstly, overview

Q (37) series hook-type hanger abrator is the new equipment researched and developed by ourselves. It is on the basis of domestic and foreign extensive researches and is designed according to the customers’ practical demands. It has the following features:
It adopts the international advanced cantilever-type centrifugal shot blasting device with large quantity of shot blasting and high speed of mass ejection, which can remarkably improve the ratio of cleaning and gain the satisfying quality of cleaning. Simulated projecting graph and all the graphs of shot blasting machine are completely drawn by computer assisted design (CAD). The selection and collocation of shot blasting device are more reasonable. It adopts the popular non-pit structure which not only saves the construction expense and time, but also solves the problem of pill sands ‘rust and agglomeration in the elevator caused by the water accumulation in the pits. The hook has the function of lift, transport and interior rotation. In the cleaning room, manganese steel is used for protection, which prolongs the using life. The appearance is beautiful and it is easy to be changed.
Secondly, application
This machine is widely used in casting, machinery manufacturing, construction machinery, pressure vessels, auto, marine and the other industries, especially in surface clean-up or enhanced treatment of medium and small size castings and forgings.
It improves the product’s process state, eliminates the stress concentration, and prolongs its using life. it is especially suitable for the surface cleaning and blasting strengthen of many varieties of small quantities of castings, forgings and steel structures. It can get rid of the sticky sand, sand core and the oxide on the surface of workpieces. It is suitable for the surface cleaning and strengthening of heat-treatment fittings. It is specially suitable for the cleaning of the parts with long and thin wall which is can not be collided.
